Clinical Research Imaging Centre
Artist in Residence 2010 -11
This work centred around using the Platanus Orientalis Digitata, more commonly known as the Plane Tree but less well known as the Hippocrates Tree. The medical history of this tree is such that Hippocrates is reputed to have taught the earlier medicine in its shade. As part of the residency I put this tree through numerous bio-medical imaging processes such as: MRI, CT, Mammography, Electron Microscopy.
